seems like my firewall blocked my traffic
i try to access a smb share
what i am missing ?

Did you check the logs or why would you say "seems like"?
Also the Netbios Ports 137/138 are UDP not TCP. Not sure which protocol you have choosen?
Do you have the routing correct between the networks?
Generally to check if it is a firewall issue check the logs, have a TCPDUMP on the two interfaces running and check with telnet on port 445 if you can see the packages.

Adding a rule with IPv4 addresses means it cannot be used in IPv6 tables.
Don't use source ports, they are randomly selected.
Finally make sure you are using tcp, udp, or both according to the port.
