Slow speed with openVPN after months of fast usage

Hi!

I'm kinda new to openWRT, i just simply did a basic setup for a vpn client with protonVPN. For months it had okay connection for streaming from the US, but for some reason my connection is maximized at circa 7 mbps.

Even my Phone says no internet when I'm trying to use the Wifi from it.

I'm using a Asus RT-AC51U and I checked the CPU load and for me it seems fine

Any idea how could I find the source of the problem?

Have you tried to connect directly to protonVPN with Openvpn Connect client on a windows PC? If you get similar results, then the VPN provider would be the culprit.
