Slow FTP download speed

After I moved my gear to another address. Server, Router etc. I'm getting slow FTP transfer speed, when downloading files from a FTP server.
When I bypass the router by running a ethernet cable directly from a PC to my modem, it works fine
I tried from different devices on the same network. My PC, a VM win 10, running on unRAID, and last, from a Filezilla docker.
The upload speed is fine, getting around 90mb/s.

Its a Linksys WRT32X hooked up to a 1000/1000 Fiber.
Firmware Version OpenWrt 21.02.2 r16495-bf0c965af0 / LuCI openwrt-21.02 branch git-22.046.85957-59c3392

Any ideas why the slow speed? And btw, when I say slow, it means MAX download speed is 980 KiB/s...
I also tried to download from different FTP servers.

inside or outside your lan ?
