as forum.openwrt.org is dead, I doubt if other openwrt sites have active sysadmin.
The old OpenWrt wiki is being merged with the LEDE one afaik. There's nothing lost there. The OpenWrt forum is another matter - nobody has access to the data for the moment, apparently, since the person managing it hasn't responded yet.
