The speedtest looks okay (with the exception of a spike of added 20ms in the idle period).

But the speedtest anfd the tc-s output do not seem to match. ifb4eth1.1074 is configured for 560 Mbps, while the speedtest indicates a shaper set to 56 Mbps (and the lack of bufferbloat indicates that a shaper was used, or you have a very good ISP)
56 * ((1500-20-20)/(1500+44)) = 52.95 Mbps...

So are you happy with that configuration? Do you have specific questions?

Ah, okay, then 560 Mbps seems suitable...

Please note that for the egress/upload direction it often is possible to push closer to the true limit, best by iteratively increasing the shaper rate until latency under load starts to increase again (and then back down a bit). Unlike for the downstream, your router is pretty much in control of the uplink, at least for VDSL/DSL (for DOCSIS and GPON things are sightly different, but even there one often can easily set the shaper to 95% of the contracted rate for the upload.)
