Serial Consol- Reseting login credentials- Flashing Firmware

Flashed wrong firmware, able to access login page but default credential is not working any more.
Soft, Hard, 30/30/30 reset nothing worked.
Able to connect via serial console (Serial to USB) but not able to figure out how to reset or upload firmware after extensive web search.

Can you say us your vendor and exact model name?

The boot log looks very confusing...
Especially that your device tries to load a image called 'u-boot.bin' over tftp which is at the last try successful.
I think that you haven't provided this file with a tftp server at the time of this serial boot log?

Does this device has multiple SoCs/CPUs on the mainboard?

This device does not appear to be supported by openwrt (see the [table of hardware])(https://openwrt.org/toh/start)

So short answer, no, you can’t do it.

Longer answer: if you are a developer, you could try to build appropriate support for the device, but this is not trivial.

Longer longer answer: there is a Broadcom chipset in that device, and appropriate drivers are not generally open source, so you will probably have really bad WiFi performance if you do indeed get openwrt running on this device.
