Sercomm na502, stuck at sysupgrade command

I am having three devices from A1 (Sercomm Na502) which are not going to work in November so I am trying to install open wrt. Till now I have established serial connection, installed kernel in ram, established SSH and copied sysupgrade file in tmp. After executing sysupgrade command I am getting
Commencing upgrade. Closing all shell sessions.
Command failed: Connection failed. Please give me further instructions.

this is normal, for any device that goes offline or reboots ...

hang in there, it's (hopefully) reflashing itself.

Yes to transfer kernel from pc to ram.
Then ssh to transfer sysupgrade to /tmp
When i am executing sysupgrade the device restarts and boots with the original firmware

Why are you using 22.03? Try 23.05. (For both the kernel and the main sysupgrade image)

because it is said on forums that versions after 23 are not working with this device
