Selecting external modem antenna MF286R

Hi. I recently installed OpenWrt on my MF286R which came with an external modem antenna attached. I think the stock firmware had a menu through which I could enable the antenna, but I can't find any info on how to do that on OpenWRT. Maybe someone knows how to switch the modem antenna?

Omg nobody picked this up.
Measure if your antenna shows 50 ohm resistance using multi-meter. In this case it should be auto-selected at boot, If infinite ohm you need to use quectel(?) at commands to set it up.
If zero resistance - throw it out, youll burn radio circuit in seconds attempting to use it.

Also you need sma male from antenna

Thank you!

5g (gsm, not 5ghz wifi6) antenna is like 10 bucks, few extra wires for extra bands will not hurt just stay unused.

Please note that some antennas are constructed with a deliberate DC short to avoid static build-up. Antenna impedance cannot be measured with a DC multi-meter.
