I succeeded connecting my iPhone to AP with forced WPA3/SAE/GCMP256 by using wpad-wolfssl and specifying 'sae+gcmp256' (lower case, + , not - between) in wireless config file. But speed measured by iperf3 dropped significantly...from previous 700Mbit it dropped to around 150Mbit. I still need to do more testing ...
