I am not an expert in network technologies, so I will describe everything in detail - step by step, screen by screen. Please accept this fact and forgive me! 
CHALLENGE: I need to configure an OpenWRT router so that all traffic passing through it goes through the ShadowSocks server (Outline). I've been struggling with this issue for a few days, I just forgot that I'm more of a designer than a network architect and decided to write everything in detail here in the hope that someone will give me their valuable time! I hope I didn't buy a second router for nothing
