Script auto reload adblock

Hi,,

anybody know to write scrip for auto reload adblock?
i don't why my adblock sometime back to 0, the router is not restart only the adblcok, i must reload by manual.

I use the regular adblock package that has a refresh timer you can evoke to refresh adblock periodically.
