Scan 5 and 10 MHz channels on AW7915-NP1

I have a AW7915-NP1 which normally supports 5 and 10 MHz channels according to its documentation but it's doesn't work.
I think it's a driver ( MT7915 ) issue but I'm not sure and not even qualified to patch it.
