SAE password identifiers

WPA3 includes a feature called "password identifiers" which allow you use multiple passwords, discriminated by an identifer, when connecting. They may also appear in the "WIFI:" uri scheme commonly encoded by wifi QR codes.

hostapd already supports this feature with the sae_password option, it would be cool to have some uci / luci way to set sae_password to make use of this feature, and other extended features of sae_password.

Yes, but indeed not in LuCI. I'm not entirely sure what a LuCI interface for those various interconnected options could even look like, even with the present and possible UCI abstraction.
