Yes i just did i unpluget Mikrotik and also i have createt LAN interface on on a new bridge with eth0 included.
Byt it is all the same , doesnt work, and wifi clients also can not recive adresses

Users have been reporting issues with DHCP if they use netmask instead of CIDR. Try:
didnt help , tried rebooting ,pluged unplaged , disable iface enable iface , nothing .
well i flashsd the Raspberry again and did all the settings now DHCP works and also works on WiFi and LAN.Didnt change anything on Microtic (VLANs).
What i did on previus flash:
I disabled ipv6
and it seems somwhere on that step DHCP stoped working.
Or maybe i applay dump AP script instead of disable ipv6 script so that that disabled DHCP.
could in be? 
Well after few resseting with my Paspberry Pi router i finally figured out the reson why DHCP stops working.
The thing is i created new brige for my VLAN222 and untill i delete br-lan (default brige) DHCP works , but if i delete br-lan bridge it is not working anymore.
But if I remove eth0 from br-lan first than reboot and them unconfigere empty br-lan DHCP works.
