Router working but cannot get UI to load / No SSH

I was attempting to flash back to the Linksys firmware. It appeared to fail. Turned the router off and on three times. It booted back up into the other partition which had LEDE installed. I attempted to flash again. Same outcome.

Now the router is up. I cannot get the UI to load. When I try to SSH, I get a message stating:

Resource temporarily unavailable

Funny thing is, WiFi works. Devices plugged into the four LAN ports works also.

Thoughts?

What router model?
What version of LEDE/OpenWrt installed?

Last time I was able to SSH in it came back with:

Reboot (17.01.4, r3560-76f57e422d)

So I did a reset on the router (holding the reset button down). It managed to come back up and now I see

OpenWrt 18.06.1 r7258-5eb055306f / LuCI openwrt-18.06 branch (git-18.228.31946-f64b152)

Was able to run the latest update. Now Im running OpenWrt 19.07.3 r11063-85e04e9f46 / LuCI openwrt-19.07 branch git-20.136.49537-fb2f363
