Have you successfully tested the USB device(s) in a known working computer? Is there any chance the USB device(s) might be faulty?

Give me a moment

It corrupted)

Connected another (checked now) usb stick in usb.Led on usb light up, wait for dmesg changed

Nope.Its not a stick problem

Is there any chance the USB socket in the 620 might be faulty? There are four connectors in a standard USB-A plug; 2 for power and 2 for data. You've got evidence to suggest that the power connectors are good, but what about the data connectors?

Hardware questions aside, what is the output of opkg list-installed ?

This stick dont light led if connected to phone charger or my soldering station(d+ and d- NC).

Without fishing out my spare device and a USB stick and testing here, I'm out of ideas for the moment. Hopefully another forum member might have some ideas for you.
