Router cascade and access clients in subnet

Hi!
In that following scenario, will I have access to the web interface on the ISP Router (IP 192.168.0.1) with OpenWrt in standard configuration (double NAT, router,firewall on)?

internet--|ISP Router 192.168.0.1|--lan<->wan--|OpenWrt Router 192.168.1.1|--wireless AP (lan)--clients

Yep, assuming that your ISP router operates in the routing mode.

Hm..I think so :slight_smile:
Beside some firewall traffic rules it's standard config with DNS on, no bridge mode.

I often read it's not possible to reach a client in a different sub net. Does it depend on the protocol (http, ftp...)?

It should work since traffic from OpenWrt is masqueraded by default.

Though FTP may require to install this package to work properly:
