[RESOLVED] USB storage (drives) connected but not readable

OpenWRT LuCI/LEDE on Archer C7. 2 hard drives show in System/Mount Points as /dev/sda and dev/sdb (and sda1 and sdb1).

I do no know how to now use these drives to send and receive files into the router. I have a Win10 laptop and would like to watch movies I have recorded from television on it, via wifi.

I see lots of posts involving Samba, but the explanations are never complete enough for a beginner.

If you know, show me a URL or How-To on using drive storage in a router.
