I have the Xiaomi route AC2350, the black one, I upgraded it to get more power and now I have 29db and 23db. I want to put in repeater mode a wifi signal with the 5Ghz antennas (create an access point), but as soon as I connect the signal from the main router it only allows me to create an access point with the 2.4GHZ signal, I can't create an access point with 5GHZ. It lets me create it but I can't connect to it and it doesn't seem to work in the configuration.
Are you sure the radio's capable of both modes at the same time?
Is the mac ids being alloted to both modes different?
