Repeater could not connect to internet

In my case, repeater configuration seems to be working, but not fully, esp. mobile devices seem to show connection problems. Also, on my PC the connection is slow responding and some connections are still not successfully complete.
Diagnostics always show errors, which describes as bad address.
I could not find a way to change static address of the LAN port to an acceptable value, when I connect it and use it as part of the LAN, as I used it prior installing OpenWRT.
I may need to config client and master in the same band, but that seems not to be possible.
I saw some solutions to this type of errors (relayd, 80211s, BATMAN, OLSR Mesh, Travelmate and Mesh11sd) and used two of them (relayd and Travelmate) before, but the result was not satisfactory. I did install ipk files manually and repeater function was still problematic on both occasions.

  • Acceptable, are you saying that you have an IP address conflict with 192.168.1.1?
  • You would change this by editing the IP of br-lan.
