hello guys, I want to make my own openwrt firmware. but how do I change the name of the firmware version in openwrt
If you build on your PC and use make menuconfig there is a bracket for Image configuration and then Version configuration options. Therein you find the option to rename your firmware and add versioning. For online buildbot I don't know, someone else may chime in.
