Remove duplicated entry

Hello,

I think I'm not allowed to delete a device from a toh, but I can report here the issue.

This TOH should be removed: https://openwrt.org/toh/hwdata/strong/strong_1200

I thought that Strong was a hw name, but I was wrong.

The correct already exist: https://openwrt.org/toh/hwdata/mtc/mtc_wr1201

What's the problem? Strong does exist: https://www.strong.tv/fr/products/broad-router/router1200

Strong 1200 is the rebrand name of the hw MTC WR1201. There should not be two entries for the same device, no?
