Release gap for D-Link DIR-645

I've noticed, that the recent stable release of OpenWRT has version 19.07.2. For my D-Link DIR-645 the latest available release is 18.06.8. What is the reason for that gap? No maintainer for this kind of device? Or is it related to something else?

Since there is a 19.07.2 image available, I have updated the DIR-645 dataentry accordingly now.
