Linksys MR8300 running 22.03.5.
Looks like I made the mistake of installing the sys upgrade, which overwrote the stock firmware on the 2nd partition. Is there any way to recover back to stock?
With most Linksys dual boot devices you can just use sysupgrade to force write the Linksys OEM firmware image (and remember to uncheck "keep settings").
Likely works also with MR8300.
Check OpenWrt wiki about your device.

Wow that worked. It sat there for a while, didn't want to cycle power to it, so I opened up a new tab and logged into the default IP and sure enough the stock linksys menu loaded up.
