Hello friends. I did the update to version 19.07.4, but I didn't back up a folder I needed and it was deleted, how can I recover it?
Your data has been overwritten when you flashed 19.07.4. There is no way to recover it.

That's not how any of this stuff works. The backup-process only backs up files that are on the current, existing filesystems. Also, when a flash-page is erased, all the data in is fully gone -- there is no way of getting any of it back.
