Doesn't have Luci support and can be used only from external app like Wireshark. So i mean internally like WG.
Your screen shot doesn't look very Luci:ish...
In fact, my screenshot represents the real time traffic monitor of a Watchguard. My question was whether it was possible to implement a real time monitor also on OpenWrt. Which is very similar to Wireshark but with the difference that you also see firewall activities.

This looks more like a firewall log... So set firewall logging then?
Btw Wireshark just reads either tcpdump pcap files or uses tcpdump for like traffic analysis...
Question is too nebulous. Basically anything is possible and you need to elaborate what you are looking to do exactly.
