Rbwap2nD not work after install sysupgrade

hi, i have MikroTik RBwAP2nD (wAP) and need to update to 24.10 verssion,
i flash new kernel (https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/24.10.0/targets/ath79/mikrotik/openwrt-24.10.0-ath79-mikrotik-mikrotik_routerboard-wap-2nd-initramfs-kernel.bin) devise it good start
after i open sysupgrade and pres update(https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/24.10.0/targets/ath79/mikrotik/openwrt-24.10.0-ath79-mikrotik-mikrotik_routerboard-wap-2nd-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin), my devise is reboot and go to recovery mode,
wireshark show BOOTP pakets, devise search dhcp, after serch tftp server

how to update my AP?
The device is mounted on a high mast and I would not like to remove it again.

if you were already running openwrt, why did you flash the initramfs ?

if i flash [openwrt-24.10.0-ath79-mikrotik-mikrotik_routerboard-wap-2nd-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin] and i have a permanetly rebooted device,

i flash kernel over tftp,

or use device without squashfs-sysupgrade?

All config is lost, now netboot 23.05.5 kernel+initramfs and from there sysupgrade to 23.05.5
Then sysupgrade to 24.10.0.

i try, but device dont run normaly after flash kernel over web panel,

step by step:

i turn on power(12v power adapter)
set ip on my pc to 192.168.0.10 and run tftpd64
conect my AP to ethernet port my pc
AP receive 23.05.5 kernel and normal run
go to 192.168.1.1 and update sysupgrade, device is reboot

i try new model

start AP
config ip and run tftpd64
upload kernel 24.10(we load FW to memory)
connect to 192.168.1.1 and load 24.10 kernel to /tmp
sysupgrade -F /tmp/openwrt.bin
device is go to reoobot mode an reliase BOOTP and need TFTP server

No idea what you are flashing, such checksum does not match any openwrt file.
Use chrome/ium or firefox in private mode to download files and obviously check the checksum in sysupgrade screen

Start with comparing checksums - copy in one page search in other.

hi friends, I'm still trying to install openwrt on my wap2nd
today on the linux system using wget I downloaded versions 23.05.0 23.05.5 -24.10.0

I tried to immediately flash the restored routerOS to openwrt,
I took openwrt-24.10.0-ath79-mikrotik-mikrotik_routerboard-wap-2nd-initramfs-kernel.bin renamed it to hotwrt-1.0-amaranth-ar71xx-mikrotik-vmlinux-initramfs.elf

The system booted,

went to the update section and downloaded openwrt-24.10.0-ath79-mikrotik-mikrotik_routerboard-wap-2nd-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin

The system froze, in the log viever on tftpd64.464 I saw that the system rebooted again and is distributing dhcp.
after that all attempts to download openwrt to the router are unsuccessful,
now the router need the vmlinux file, after reading which is not loaded.....

I renamed openwrt-23.05.0-ath79-mikrotik-mikrotik_routerboard-wap-2nd-initramfs-kernel.bin, openwrt-23.05.5-ath79-mikrotik-mikrotik_routerboard-wap-2nd-initramfs-kernel.bin, openwrt-24.10.0-ath79-mikrotik-mikrotik_routerboard-wap-2nd-initramfs-kernel.bin in vmlinux but systeis failed to load

Although I can still restore to the native firmware but I can't boot into openwrt,
is there a way out of this situation?

I found why the device did not boot, it is tftpd64.exe, after loading the firmware file it must be closed so as not to interfere with starting,
firmware openwrt-23.05.5-ath79-mikrotik-mikrotik_routerboard-wap-2nd-initramfs-kernel.bin
also the update file openwrt-23.05.5-ath79-mikrotik-mikrotik_routerboard-wap-2nd-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin
work great

ok, itis interesting
i install 23.05.05 and install update, after i flash 24.10 and board no boot,
i load 24.10 to tftp and install updte and board start normally,
bu it is no good instalation process,
installation process 23 to 24 have a bug....

Your boot log is pretty clean sysupgrade and quite normal boot log. Last kernel lines happen after "please press enter" line on nearly all platforms.
