Rbr50 NSS build ipq40xx

Hello,

I don't see any RBx50 (ipq40xx) NSS builds, I see builds for ipq806x devices like the R7800 but I'm coming up empty for the 40xx hardware. I am wondering if this is something someone is working on or could help me build? I am more than happy to donate to get a project like this started.

Its simple, IPQ40xx does not have any NSS cores
