For this application, RASP CM4 OpenWRT + 2 SWITCH ETH connected by SGMII, can the rasp see all the LAN ports? Even from the second switch that is cascaded with the first?
Is it some commercial assembly or you want to mash together yours from barebone components?
I will assemble a PCB with these components.
You will need to get switch driver from microchip tech, nothing under that name is in mainline kernel.
Quectel is usb modem bolted together with pci-usb controller. ie same on USB or PCI
Actually, it is implemented in linux repo. I assume you meant to say kernel used by OpenWrt. https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/drivers/net/dsa/microchip/ksz9477.c

Here is application note from Microchip about daisy-chaining switches https://www.microchip.com/en-us/application-notes/an6048
Looks like programmed via mii , nice, but takes some integration glue.
