I use @Hnyman's 22.03.3 (well I added some things my self and compiled myself) and get about 600 Mb/s on my R7800 without offloading (running iperf3 between two computers one at LAN side the other at the WAN side).
22.03.3 is still based on K5.10

I really don't know why my router doesn't like the hnyman build. I always get 100mbit.
I flashed again to your build and on many different speedtest websites I got the same results.
Flashing back to 22.03.3 fixed it again and I got full 300mbit.
However, there is no SQM to be found in LuCi. Which one do I need to install in order to configure it?

Okay I've setup SQM. Best solution with best results for me seem to be cake + simplest_tbf.
Maybe your build @hnyman was capping me @100mbit because there were SQM settings made and not manually reset?
