I am new to OpenWrt.
My router is : https://openwrt.org/toh/tp-link/archer_c6_v2
Under "Flash using web interface" topic, I see the following:
1.3.6 - 19.07.4 flashes successfully, 21.02, 23.05 flashes successfully
But my current firmware is Archer C6(EU)_V2_1.3.7 Build 20220613
Same as in Tp-Link website : https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/archer-c6/v2/#Firmware
So how do I proceed in this case? Do I have to wait? Do I have to proceed with Web flasher ?

If your OEM firmware supports it, simply upload openwrt-ath79-generic-tplink_archer-c6-v2-squashfs-factory.bin via the router Web interface.
If the fw is rejected lets look into it.
Have you tried to flash 23.05 with the new firmware?

not yet..will try it and let you know
Just in case anyone is still interested in this:
I just flashed my old Archer C6 v2 (EU) from 1.3.7 to openwrt-23.05.5 via web interface. Worked like a charm. I didn't try 24.10 because I haven't even tested that on my GL-MT6000 yet

As long as 24.10 release notes have atth10k caveat mentioned do not even try - 5ghz wifi will disappear.
on the Archer C6 or on the GL-MT6000?

Archer, it is noted in release notes. Flint2 (mt76) is fine.
