Quectel EP06-E - QMI, MBIM, ModemManager?

I'm currently using 22.03-rc on an x86 machine and want to use a Quectel EP06-E as backup connection. After reading through wiki and using my search engine of choice, I feel more confused than before which protocol ist used best for the EP06-E. QMI, MBIM (currently active but not configured yet), ModemManager?

What would the experts here recommend? Thank you in advance :slight_smile:

I’ve got a Quectel RM520N-GL that I’m using with ModemManager currently via MBIM…

BUT I see some features capabilities here in the forum that I should be abel to do, but can’t.

Like selecting a Band
