I will try to decompile the DTS myself first. If anyone can help implement it, I’d be very grateful.
I have already created a project: https://github.com/tinysun/openwrt-xiaomibe10000 . I will keep everyone updated as progress is made.
SoC support is already in mainline ?
That question won't arise, before someone (you?) starts working on ipq95xx and gets it merged and supported in OpenWrt - and only then, someone (again, you?) could start on working to support the Xiaomi 10G router. Unless you have a magic hat, maybe ask again in 4+ years (and that already assumes -which should not be taken for granted- that someone actually starts working on ipq957x pretty soon).
That aside, it is safe to assume that there will never be an opkg/ *.ipk package target for cortex …
Yes, the SoC is already supported in mainline, which should help with DTS development like ipq9570-kiwi-dvk.dts
I’ve just organized my approach. If my own testing goes smoothly, I’ll submit a Pull Request. There hasn’t been any substantial progress yet. The first step is to create the DTS.
