To all having QNAP 301w running NSS-wifi builds.
I'm glad to announce that loading the AQR 10G stock 5.4.C firmware for 10G-1 and 10G-2 ports on the 301w 0:ethphyfw1 and 0:ethphyfw2 partitions with the NSS build finally works from NVMEM.
