A new dual 10G router based on Filogic 880 (Banana Pi BPi-R4) Hardware Questions and Recommendations

I think we should pick up/backport this patch: https://lore.kernel.org/linux-pm/20240728192659.58115-1-qyousef@layalina.io/ It's already queued up for Linux 6.12. The patch will enable 'schedutil' governor responds faster to workloads on 'high-performance' systems such as BPI-R4. I also think it is worth testing on all devices released in the last 10 years, and should get applied the patch. @daniel
