Problems with basic configuration comfast CF-E385AC

Dear Forum Members,
since few days im trying to setup my device with open wrt but it seems finally i gave up and now i need your help.
I have following home network configuration at the moment.
FritzBox as a main router : IP: 192.168.1.1 , with DHCP enabled
I want to use comfast defice as an acces point which i will connect to fritzbox usin lan port. Comfast should just cover part of my house with WiFi signal.
I followed "Dumb AP" tutorial, as well as Bridged AP and other which i was able to find online but still have problems communicating with local network.
I have set my comfast device IP address to 192.168.1.2 on lan interface, gateway 192.168.1.1 , turned off dhcp on comfast (fritz already has its DHCP).
Anyway, when i connect the comfast to my network i cannot reach it at 192.168.1.2 from lan, and also the outgoing traffic is not available from comfast as well (by outgoing i mean both, local - like ping 192.168.1.1 or any other device in my network, and remote like any internet adress ...even dns is not working).
I already spent so many hours that i beg for help over here.
You can see my current configuration here:

Any attempt of communication test fails:

Connecting to 192.168.1.2 port 22, please wait...

Whats more interresting the original firmware is based on openwrt, but the old version (possibly Chaos Calmer) and works fine , but it's very limited - so i doesn't fit my needs.

Please help me sort it out, or at least give some hint.
At the moment, my feeling is that this device is not properly supported by the software or there is some detail in configuration which i cannot find by myself.
Kind Regards
