Problem with OpenWrt 19.07.2 r10947-65030d81f3

Hi all,
I have a problem with my TP-Link TD-W8970 V1 with OpenWrt 19.07.2 r10947-65030d81f3.
All works but after an update with a fresh configuration:

  1. Only netflix not work, ISP say to me no limitation exist on my line.
  2. With overlay on USB drive the package manager dependencies tell me "Kernel" is missing and cant install other tools.

My configuration is correct?

Firewall config:

Network config:
https://termbin.com/b0sv

fstab:
https://termbin.com/zfqn

Have a nice day and thank you

What does "Netflix not work" means exactly?
Also, post the exact message reported when installing packages.

EDIT:
I think my neighbor heard my curses and lent me an old router to try.
Netflix doesn't work anyway, it's my ISP's or netflix's fault.

The kernel problem persists

For the kernel problem this is a screenshot:

EUREKA!
I finded why netflix wont work and the fix is nidicolous.
After years of working with no one problem my ISP now seem to have problem with PPpoA
With PPpoE all websites works like a charm.
This "bug"/ISP problem is a pain in the ass to find.

Did you install a snapshot?

Please clarify what you mean by this update? Are you just referring to flashing 19.07.2? Or did you run opkg upgrade on any or all packages after flashing?

Also, regarding this statement -- did you recreate the entire overlay/extroot after installing 19.07.2, or did you simply edit fstab to mount the USB drive (that had been setup as the overlay prior to the 19.07.2 upgrade)?
