Problem with openvpn config

I'd remove ppp ppp-mod-pppoe, unless you know you need them, and add the packages you listed above.
Hopefully you won't break the max size barrier.

Another option it to downgrade to 19.07, it'll be smaller, and leave you more space for additional
packages.

What's the use exact case anyway, you might be able to strip it further.

you cannot delete it (well, you kind of can, but it will actually consume more space to delete it). You need to build your own images that exclude it, as has been stated already and with links courtesy of @frollic

but all my access is disable to webui and ssh !!!

I assume you remember you had changed the default IP for your device...?
It could now be back at the regular IP.

Force your computer to renew the DHCP lease (or unplug the ethernet connection and plug it back in again). What IP does your computer get? If it gets an address in 192.168.3.0/24, try the address you stated. If it gets one in 192.168.1.0/24, try 192.168.1.1

Since you can ssh into router lets compare the output of the following commands and compare it to the ip configuration you have on your Windows System.. also, or in your Chrome browser clear all cache, cookies, just in case the timeout is a fluke. I'm not betting on this but, something is wrong with the network on the router config or you have a static route problem on your Windows adaptor.

and screenshot the results of running, windows command prompt of
