Problem with Image Builder

I'm trying to get my feet wet with building my own image. I' walking through the wiki and during the installation of the scripts I keep getting these dependency errors. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm using a Ubuntu VM on a Windows 10 host.

WARNING: Makefile 'package/utils/busybox/Makefile' has a dependency on 'libpam', which does not exist
WARNING: Makefile 'package/utils/busybox/Makefile' has a build dependency on 'libpam', which does not exist
WARNING: Makefile 'package/network/utils/curl/Makefile' has a dependency on 'libgnutls', which does not exist
WARNING: Makefile 'package/network/utils/curl/Makefile' has a dependency on 'libopenldap', which does not exist
WARNING: Makefile 'package/network/utils/curl/Makefile' has a dependency on 'libidn', which does not exist
WARNING: Makefile 'package/network/utils/curl/Makefile' has a dependency on 'libssh2', which does not exist
WARNING: Makefile 'package/boot/kexec-tools/Makefile' has a dependency on 'liblzma', which does not exist
WARNING: Makefile 'package/network/services/lldpd/Makefile' has a dependency on 'libnetsnmp', which does not exist

Which image builder are you using and what parameters are you using when building the image? I don't recognize the package subdirectory.

I'm following this wiki.

https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-developer/quickstart-build-images

You might also look at this ImageBuilder section...

I blew away the VM and started from scratch. This time it worked. Can't say I did anything different than before. I'll look back at my commands.

Sometimes, that's the best way forward.
