While attempting to install zerotier on my R5S device running openwrt version 24.10, I encountered an issue where the virtual interface fails to appear. Upon restarting the startup item midway through the process, the virtual interface zt******** briefly materializes before disappearing once again. Could this be a consequence of an incompatibility with the new system, or is it an issue inherent to the software itself? I would greatly appreciate any insights that could help resolve this conundrum.
How much RAM does your router have? Zerotier is fairly big.
I'm not sure if the interface appears or stays up until the node is authorized by Central.
Check the system log for any reported errors. If the zerotier process is still running you can also query it with zerotier-cli.
