Problem enabling DoH

I'm trying to install the https-dns-proxy package per the instructions (https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/services/dns/doh_dnsmasq_https-dns-proxy), but when I run the install command, I get this error saying the package isn't found. I opened up that URL from the error message in my browser, and sure enough, I don't see the package. I browsed around and looked at packages for other versions and devices too, but I don't see it anywhere. Is it maybe not supported anymore or something?

Error:

root@OpenWrt:~# opkg install https-dns-proxy
