Pre-compiled updated mwlwifi drivers for stable releases (II)

Continuation of thread Pre-compiled updated mwlwifi drivers for stable releases, closed after 7 days of inactivity.

I have decide to start following Linksys' official repo for the mwlwifi drivers at https://github.com/kaloz/mwlwifi 369, and make pre-compiled packages, that can be installed on top of stable releases, so more people can test the latest version, without the hassle of upgrading the whole system. These drivers are used by the WRT AC series of routers (WRT1200AC, WRT1900AC, WRT1900ACS, WRT3200ACM, WRT32X).

Packages updated to commit 7537480:

  1. Upgrade 88W8997 firmware to 8.4.0.46.
  2. Added code to load power table for 88W8997.
  3. Fixed the code to load calibration data.
  4. Change driver version to 10.3.8.0-20180810.

At first sight, these changes seem to be related exclusively to the 88W8997 chip, that is not present on any device supported by OpenWrt; I would not expect any improvements.
