It is anomaly - you advertise no pause usage, ethtool without params says you do, disable pause autoneg if eee-disable is insufficient.
There is something weird going on there for sure. Some people using 24.10.0 or -.1 get relief with this ethtool --set-eee lan1 eee off tx-lpi off, some don't. Because my router hasn't been power cycled in forever and this didn't help me, I'm speculating that some register value remnants across warm reboots are creating interference. I understand this can happen with the PPE on the MT7621.
So I just tried power cycling it, we'll see whether that helps, but this might also be variation in the downstream peer capabilities. In any case, better hashed out on the issue, I think?
