It is anomaly - you advertise no pause usage, ethtool without params says you do, disable pause autoneg if eee-disable is insufficient.
There is something weird going on there for sure. Some people using 24.10.0 or -.1 get relief with this ethtool --set-eee lan1 eee off tx-lpi off
, some don't. Because my router hasn't been power cycled in forever and this didn't help me, I'm speculating that some register value remnants across warm reboots are creating interference. I understand this can happen with the PPE on the MT7621.
So I just tried power cycling it, we'll see whether that helps, but this might also be variation in the downstream peer capabilities. In any case, better hashed out on the issue, I think?
