There is already a shutdown button in luci-app-advanced-reboot.

@5p0ng3b0b after all that was said, you came and said this. But I suppose this is only on the current latest release.

Probably not a whole lot of people use a "lock up your router until you powercycle it" button, because that's what that does.

@camus - not sure if you're a bit frustrated about how long the thread went before this info became available... but we don't know when @5p0ng3b0b actually read this thread and/or remembered that this feature is available in that luci-app. But now we have the info

@psherman Hi Peter, no, I am not frustrated. This is a community of volunteers. I cannot be frustrated. That messages tend to go off topic is, well, a bit frustrating. It makes it so that those who wish to come in with ideas on the subject topic of thread, once lured in to respond, get confused as to what the thread is about. I think there are a lot of folks here with great ideas and knowledge. Sometimes this gets lost in over analyzing, sometimes that does produce some useful insights. It's neither here nor there, but if I were to chose, I'd say sticking to topic is best. Anyone here can start a thread on whatever blue-sky thinking ideas they wish
