Possible wget/opkg isue with libustream-mbedtls in some recent 24.10.1 sysupgrade images

Hello.

Today i flashed two routers, bananapi r3 and tp-link archer c60 v3 with 24.10.1 sysupgrade images, downloaded via firmware sellector, wiping old configuration. Both turned to have some kind of issue with libustream-mbedtls and wget (breaks opkg) ssl connections (SSL error: NET - Sending information through the socket failed). Clock and network on both routers were working correctly, no firewall was blocking 443, sha256sum for both images matched ones in firmware selector page. Replacing libustream with openssl or wolfssl one fixed ssl on bpi. On the tp-link i have no space to replace it due to vpn installation. Also last week i did 24.10.1 sysupgrade from very basic emmc installation of custom build (needed to resize root partition on BPI) on another BananaPI R3 and had no SSL problems (unfortunately have no access to the downloaded 24.10.1 image to compare it with current one).

According to another recent post same issue occurs with Xaomi Mi Router A4 24.10.1 image.

Is there a known bug that can cause this?
