Possible GPL violation: BQ G010693 Mesh

Hello.

Some time ago, my carrier (internet provider) had me have a new BQ G010693 Mesh.

Since the begining i have been souspicious that it would be running OpenWRT software. This comes from the URL's that I get from the device and from the HTML code of the web interface.

I do not konw how to be shure and/or howto analize the software more deeply.

I would verymuch appreciate some help on how to analyze the installed software.

The manufacturer information:
Mundo Reader Sl https://empresite.eleconomista.es/MUNDO-READER.html
its web site https://bq.com

The Spanish company BQ has closed:

Legally speaking, I do not thing there is much to do about the violation.

Can you get root access to the device?

Thanks @eduperez :frowning:

well, another company that scapes with out punishment.

So far I can't, but I am trying to, I did and Nmap wich outputs this:
nmap -A 192.168.1.1

MAC Address: B4:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX (BQ)
Device type: WAP
Running: Linux 3.X|4.X
OS CPE: cpe:/o:linux:linux_kernel:3.18 cpe:/o:linux:linux_kernel:4.1
OS details: OpenWrt Chaos Calmer 15.05 (Linux 3.18) or Designated Driver (Linux 4.1 or 4.4)
Network Distance: 1 hop

but the openwrt seems to have been modified so I don't know how could I get root access, it does not resolve other URL's than the ones alowed in the installed version
