Port fowarding not working

I have a device on the ip 192.168.1.190 and i want to foward port 80 to my router on port 63891. It looks like this:

My router is on 192.168.1.1 when i go to 192.168.1.1:63891 on my browser, it times out. What could be causing this?

EDIT: when i go to 192.168.1.190 it works normally.

Router: ASUS RT-AX53U
Firmware: OpenWrt 23.05.5 r24106-10cc5fcd00 / LuCI openwrt-23.05 branch git-24.264.56413-c7a3562

Does this mean you're on the same network?

What's the WAN IP?

You would enter:

<WAN_IP>:63891

Yes its on the same network but it runs trough my isp's router wich i have also port fowarded so should i try that port instead?

Ok so im just dumb i tried it and it works
