Some time ago i've asked the same question before, here i am nontheless.
I've recently swapped from a vanilla minecraft server to a paper minecraft server.
Made sure everything is unblocked within my firewall.
With the vanilla server i was able to get my friend joining using my private IP. (The one from my ISP).
But now doing the same thing with paper minecraft, nobody can reach my server even tho the software is fully unblocked within the firewall.
Could anybody take a look at the screenshots below and let me know if i should change the port forwarding options?
