Port forwarding is not working at all?

If the ISPs' blocking them on their end, there's not much you can do.

There are ways around it, but they required $$$ or buddies with a different ISP

I have the same router and the same problem with port forwarding, I have 14.x.x.x public IP so I am not behind the CGNAT. The weird thing is I can forward port if the router is in AP Mode (ISP modem pppoe -> AX 3600 broadcast wifi) but in PPPOE mode (ISP modem in bridge -> AX3600 PPPOE) the port closed. Please help me to open port in PPPOE mode, thank you very much
