Port forwarding does not work

I configured port forwarding via LuCI: Network -> Firewall -> Port Forwards, to access my local web server from WAN.
In Status -> Overview, in the Network block, I can see IPv4 WAN Status -> Address: 10.24.x.x
If I type curl <this address> then I can see that port forwarding works fine.

But, If I curl my public IP address that I got from 'ifconfig.me', then I see 'Connection refused'.

I think your ISP is applying another layer of NAT, as it seems your WAN IPv4 address is not "public" but reserved private.

The address returned by ifconfig.me is different than the WAN on your router (10.24.x.x) right?

Right.

I contacted my ISP, they confirmed they use insane NAT, so I mark your reply as a solution.
